The Challenge:
To upgrade existing systems in order to prevent theft and vandalism at the company's main facility and seven satellite locations, and to provide a safe, secure environment for employees. The retrofitted platform would need to be expandable to allow the addition of new cameras without requiring extensive upgrades. Regularly-scheduled preventive maintenance would also need to be provided.
The Solution:
After conducting an extensive evaluation of the existing system, Will Electronics' technicians replaced the old cameras with motion-activated cameras that were carefully placed to provide total coverage of service areas, parking facilities and entrances. Footage from all cameras is monitored from a single station, allowing for faster coordination of security personnel. The cameras can also be accessed and monitored at the company's downtown corporate office.
