DIGITAL IMAGING & VISITOR MANAGEMENT

The use of a photo ID card has evolved from the old film-based “cut and paste” method to an extremely efficient digital process. This allows the end user to not only store the digital photo, but also the pertinent information of that employee or visitor.

Employee and Visitor ID cards are now being used in a variety of applications such as:

• Building Access
• Parking Access
• Time/Attendance
• Food Service
• Employee Payroll Debit

ID cards can be printed using a PVC card printer or a more durable laminated card using standard inkjet printing. The various software programs available through Will Electronics can place a barcode on your card for time and attendance needs or perhaps encode a magnetic stripe for debit or payroll deduction applications.

Beyond these common uses, many facilities are using their employee ID cards for access control applications. Will Electronics can assist you with various styles of “printable proximity” cards which can provide you with a muti-functional card.
