SOUTHERN COMMERCIAL BANK
The Challenge:
To provide the necessary surveillance and alarm resources to safeguard the employees and customers who do business in each of Southern Commercial Bank's 10 locations. All of the banks require regularly-scheduled maintenance and periodic upgrades to their interior and exterior surveillance cameras. They were also in need of a new Alarm Service Provider after the previous vendor failed to properly maintain each bank's alarm sensors, resulting in a number of false alarms.
The Solution:
Using each bank's existing wiring and infrastructure, technicians from Will Electronics installed numerous cameras in each bank branch. Each location's cameras feed into an on-site DVR system for long-term storage of all recorded data. Southern Commercial Bank has also contracted Will Electronics to provide each branch with regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and upkeep, as part of Will's Alarm Monitoring Service package.
